An Unexpected Contest

_{In our literature contest we ask you to perform one, simple task:}

Write your own tale of Middle Earth, whether it's a fan-fiction, a tale of your own original character based in Tolkien's universe, or a poetic, chant of the Elves and their prophecies.

Blow us away with your interpretation of one of the world's greatest book & film series!

Contest Rules

_{All rules must be abided by. If they are not, your entry will not be counted.}

Your entry must be created specifically for this contest & after January 3rd, 2013.

You must be a member and/or contributor of the group Authors-Club.

4,000 word limit for prose & poetry entries.

You must mention in your Artist's Comments that your entry was created for Authors-Club's contest.

Please include in your Artist's Comments how your entry relates to our theme.

Submit your entries to the appropriate Authors-Club folder, The Unexpected Contest.

Only Literature entries are accepted.

Limit of 2 entries per person.

All entries must be submitted by 11:59 P.M. Thursday, February 14, 2013
